Monique and Serge have designed and facilitated a very comprehensive programme over a period of 15 months to support my extended leadership team (25 people) during a major transformation project: team coaching to further build trust and collective intelligence, leadership workshops with a focus on leading change and developing coaching capabilities. I have particularly enjoyed Monique’s positive energy, her pragmatic approach, her business maturity and her proactive follow up at all stages of the project.
